Chateau Rollat Winery has been very selective of the vineyards they have established. Only the finest grapes are picked to create their winery masterpieces. Their goal has been to create wines that are clean, fragrant and full of fruit. By using a lighter press than other wineries, they are able to create wines with tannins that are round and wonderful not harsh as some other wineries.
